The Answers You Need
Do you ship internationally?
CrysDells and Magic is a UK based company and does not currently offer international shipping.
How will my products be shipped?
We use Royal Mail and other local courier companies.
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days of cleared payment.
What should I do if my order does not arrive?
If you have not received your product within 7 working days of it being shipped, please get in touch with us to report it missing.
What should I do if my order is wrong or faulty?
Please take photos of any damage/incorrect items and get in touch giving us as much information as possible.
Do you have a an actual shop?
No, but we are regulars at local events and fayres - keep an eye on the blogs and instagram pages.
What is your refund policy?
CrysDells and Magic are happy to replace or refund items that have arrived broken or are faulty. Missing, faulty or damaged goods must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. We may ask you to return your item to us, if this is the case a shipping label will be provided. Refunds will not be given without the returned item (if requested by CrysDells and Magic).
